UI Images

Why hello!

Spent some time and wrote UI image versions for most of the sprite shaders, so now you can dissolve, distort, blur, etc. your UI images! Not all of the sprite shaders have been converted...

Since stencil properties are required for image shaders, a stencil (splatter/surface) shader isn't required. Also, there isn't a super image shader with all of the effects yet...
